Dr. William Frey and his research

Yesterday morning, I spent an hour listening to Dr. William Frey. Dr. Frey is the Founder and Co-Director of the Alzheimer’s Research Center at Regions Hospital.

Amazing things are happening with Alzheimer’s research. We know that Alzheimer’s Disease is the 6th leading cause of death. We also know that, currently, there is no way to cease or delay progress of the disease. However, there is incredible research going on in our own backyard. Dr. Frey is conducting studies and trials with Intranasal Insulin and the use of Intranasal Stem Cells to treat diseases of the brain. It was a fascinating lecture. I would encourage anyone interested in this topic, to visit the Health Partners website and search “Memory”.
