Dining

We believe a great life requires great food!

IMG_5529.jpgOur table service dining rooms encourage social interaction and nurture friendships. Residents enjoy home-cooked meals prepared from scratch to support the unique nutritional needs of seniors.

Copperfield Hill’s Assisted Living and Memory Care residents all enjoy three delicious, well-balanced meals served daily that feature a variety of menu choices with snacks available throughout the day. Our Independent Living residents enjoy flexibility with their dining options and can choose how many restaurant-style meals they wish to have each day in the main dining room.

IMG_5459.jpgImportantly, as people age, their sense of taste often decreases – which makes eating fresh, flavorful foods even more important. In addition to freshness, we offer variety by providing new and seasonally inspired choices every day. We always welcome suggestions from our residents. Our goal is to offer seniors foods that remind them of the delicious meals they enjoyed growing up and loved serving to their own families.

Highlights of our dining program include:

  • Beautiful, light-filled dining room featuring restaurant-style dining by our attentive and caring dining staff
  • Meal options available for every meal
  • Open meal times
  • Our Dining Room has a daily coffee hour social with complimentary beverages and pastry or desserts
  • Special event theme meal nights
  • Guest meals
  • Flexible dining plans and packages

Testimonials

Copperfield’s memory care provides the specialized programming, attention and activities specially tailored/designed to fit my mother as an individual.  The staff is very attentive and caring and the activities are wonderful.  It was hard to make the decision to move her to memory care, but the choice wasn’t about me, it was about her, and she is in good hands at Copperfield.

-Tim Jackson, Son of Memory Care Resident
