Walk to end Alzheimer’s
It is that time of year again! The kids have started to return to school and some of the leaves have started to turn on the trees in my neighborhood.
Every fall we, at Copperfield Hill, participate in the Annual Alzheimer’s Walk. This is a great way for us to show support to all our friends and family that suffer from Alzheimer’s Disease or one of the many, many types of dementia.
On September 26th our team from Copperfield Hill will head to Target Field and participate in the Alzheimer’s Association, Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Please visit our team page at alz.org. Donate if you wish. Our goal is to raise $2,000 as a team. Thank you for your support!
